the room i booked wasn't quite what i hoped for. it felt smaller than expected. also, the noise from the street at night made it a bit tough to sleep. i think some better soundproofing could really help.

The staff were AMAZING and very helpful. The location was great, near many museums and shops. Free coffee was available at reception. That was a bonus for me.

The bathroom was small and dated. My room lacked enough working outlets. I needed to charge my devices.

The location was central. It made sightseeing simple. The staff were friendly. They offered hot drinks throughout my stay. The breakfast was decent. There was enough variety.

The room was small. The beds were tightly placed together. The bathroom was also small. It was difficult to bring heavy suitcases up the narrow staircase.
